TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to residents of USA who have completed the HORSATACK™ Feedback. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. Promotion is bi-monthly. First promotion commences 19th June 2008 and closes on 31st July 2008, Second promotion commences 1st August 2008 and closes on 30th September 2008, Third promotion commences 1st October 2008 and closes on 30th November 2008, Fourth promotion commences 1st December 2008 and closes on 31st January 2009, Fifth promotion commences 1st February 2009 and closes on 31st March 2009, Sixth promotion commences 1st April 2009 and closes on 30th June 2009.

4. Entries will be judged by HORSATACK™ Directors based on entrant’s answers to questions which are to be answered online after reading terms and conditions and our privacy policy. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The Winner will be determined by the most informative answers. Winners will be notified by telephone and mail and their names will be on the HORSATACK™ Website. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
