1. terminate the HORSATACK™ Rewards Card Program;
2. decline to issue a HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card and/or Key Ring to an applicant; and
3. on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel a HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card, Key Ring or HORSATACK™ rewards points (“Points “) collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the program. Reasonable grounds include but are not limited to,
  1. any abuse or attempted abuse of the program, or
  2. any use or attempted use of a HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card, Key Ring or Points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or
  3. our reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the program.
